A Message from Our Owner

"I’m Cole Jeffers, the proud owner of McGrew Service Company. I began work for Richard McGrew in 1999 as an Electrical Apprentice. After receiving my Journeyman’s and Master’s licenses, I managed the Service Department, growing it over the years. In 2018, Mr. McGrew offered me the opportunity to buy the business, which I gladly accepted. Since then, my top priority has been to uphold the consistent, top-level service that McGrew has provided since 1988. McGrew Service Company has grown into a multi-faceted company, specializing in all things electrical and generators, and we are honored to serve Central Arkansas with quality and integrity."

As the owner, Cole is a driving force behind the service technicians and their performance in the field. His ability to oversee day-to-day operations enables McGrew Service to operate efficiently, ultimately resulting in supreme service to our valued clients. As he leads with authority, he keeps the technician’s productive and the customer’s happy.

Terrance Jeffers

Director of Finance

Terrance is Cole’s brother and has stepped in to take care of all of the back-office work. He enjoys spending time with his son, travelling, and enjoying the outdoors.

Whitley Presley

Administrative and Advertising Director

Whitley holds a vital role at McGrew Service Company as Cole's right hand. Her face is the first thing you'll see when you visit us. She manages the office and makes sure everything is running smoothly and efficiently.

Susan Lowe

Dispatcher

Susan answers the phone calls and schedules our customers with the technician that she feels best suits their needs in the most efficient and timely manner.

Kenneth Martin

Master Electrician

Kenneth recently joined McGrew. He has 30+ years of experience in residential, along with doing custom homes, commercial, and service work.

Brett Muncrief

Electrician

Brett has been with McGrew since 2006. Careful to complete each job with skill and expertise, Brett boasts over 50,000 work hours as a service tech.

Joel Depue

Electrician Apprentice

Joel started his career with McGrew in 2020. He also has been in electrical school and is working towards a bachelor’s degree in counseling.

Ron Parker

Electrician

Ron is a proud Veteran of the United States Navy. He brings over 20 years of experience to McGrew. He is skilled in industrial, commercial, and residential electrical services, in both large and small-scale contracted jobs. There is no job that he cannot perform.
